The service from the moment I walked in the door to driving away was first class. Friendly, informative and delivered with a smile. I don’t envy anyone working on a Sunday but the team seemed to be enjoying their day.

Payed double what I normality paid. Was not notified of the cost until invoiced. Wheels were removed be balanced, however, was charged £10 per wheel to refit front to back. How do you change to refit when it is already in the cost to remove. Only 2 of the wheels we Ballance not all four? It took 1 .30 hours to balance 2 wheels and tracking of front wheels. Shocking

I have an issue with the alignment of my headlights and them being not ideal for driving and asked if I could book it in to get them aligned (they have the equipment as part of the MOT process). I was told they can't do it as too busy?! I said I was happy to pay the cost of an MOT if that was required as this is part of an MOT. The lady was very unhelpful and dismissive. I questioned this and asked to book my car in for an MOT then (as she would not do it stand alone) if that was the only way for them to check out the lights. She then started to take the car details!!!!! I asked her is she understood the irony if this .. .to which she then said they won't do it and put the phone down!! customer service at it's best!

Switched over to KwikFit Tunbridge Wells a few years ago after a dubious MOT from an independent garage. Now wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Despite being a big chain name, their values are like a local trusty garage.

I needed a tyre change on a fleet vehicle on last Saturday afternoon after getting a flat on a failed run flat tyre. My fleet was less than helpful, AA was as useful as choclotte teapot. All these shortcomings for resolved by Kwik-Fit's extremely helpful staff Tony. Tony was very very helpful, he even stayed late to help me after AA failed to attend me. People like Tony restores faith in humanity. Thank you Tony, Thank you Kwik-Fit

Really good service. In all honesty I’ve had bad experiences with Kwik Fit in the post (not the Tunbridge Wells centre) and was a little reluctant to use them again, but my faith has been restored after receiving 5* service.

Popped in on off chance of getting alignment done. Greeted by a very cheerful receptionist, who informed me that my job could be done. From entering Kwik fit to leaving, half an hour, very happy.
